We will bring all the tools and fresh ingredients needed to make sushi. We will set up cooking stations (table with tablecloth) with Japanese tableware and tools. The class will last approximately 1 ½ hours. You will make sushi with our demonstrations and instructions.
We accommodate 6-20 people. We can customize a class for fewer than 6 or more than 20 with fee adjustment.
You will make approximately 20 pieces per person (typically rolls and nigiri) with the freshest available ingredients. You can request your preferred sushi ingredients in advance. We will try to find them if available. We prepare miso soup or an appetizer to complement the sushi plate. Green tea is also provided.
